Schools new to PSCP submit 2017-2018 Hours of Instruction Report

Schools must provide 1050 hours of direct instruction in grades 1-6 and 1137 hours for grades 7-12.  The hours can include recess and passing time between classes, but not lunch periods.  Choice attendance requirements also specify that the children are at school on the count dates (3rd Friday in September and 2nd  Friday in January) or any day before or any day after those dates.  The report and instructions are found on the SCHOOL REGISTRATION PAGE.
