According to the U.S. Secret Service’s study on school violence, the majority of attackers leaked their intentions prior to the attack. The study also found that the majority of attackers had prior behavioral issues.
Sometimes the signs are hard to identify, which is why training for your staff and your threat assessment team is vital.
