Another WISEdata snapshot is upcoming on May 23 for schools participating in the Parental Choice Programs.

Check out the account below, submitted to WCRIS by sponsor Sycamore Education, about meeting WISEdata snapshot deadlines

WISEdata is the data collection system that allows Wisconsin schools to submit required metrics to the DPI through their own student information system (SIS) vendor.

By partnering with a DPI-certified SIS, like Sycamore Education’s “Sycamore School,” schools can automate data to send to the Department. It eliminates the need for an abundance of file exports, saving significant time in the process. Sycamore School works directly with the DPI and is rated as one of the best WISEdata vendors to help schools – specifically small- to mid-size private schools – successfully meet state requirements.

For each snapshot (deadline), WISEdata schools receive a support ticket from Sycamore School detailing the specific demographics and data needed for the upcoming snapshot. This helps ensure that both the organization and its schools are aware of the tasks needed to meet the DPI’s deadlines.

Several WCRIS schools already use this SIS. Sycamore Education looks forward to continuing to work closely with the DPI and help Wisconsin’s private schools thrive.

Sycamore Education offers a feature-rich, affordable school management system with top-rated customer support that gives small- to mid-sized private schools the power to streamline day-to-day operations, enhance reporting, and transform communication between educators, parents and students: Sycamore School.
