The WCRIS PLC will be a business casual event. Make sure you bring a sweater or warmer layer as conference rooms can be chilly.
The Glacier Canyon Lodge Conference Center is located within the Wilderness Resort at the WI Dells. The Wilderness has several lodging options to meet every budget.

For your convenience, WCRIS has reserved a block of rooms at the Glacier Canyon Lodge attached to the conference center with a special rate of $209.99/night plus applicable fees. This special rate can be used to stay at the Lodge from Thurs., Aug. 10 through Sun., Aug 13. This rate includes waterpark wristbands for each person staying per one room to be used at any of the waterparks at the Wilderness. The Wilderness is the largest combo indoor/outdoor waterpark in the country.

Should your budget not allow for the WCRIS room block rate, you can call ahead NOW and book outside of the block for a possible lower rate at $189.99/night for an overnight on Thurs. Aug 10. Room rates for that weekend outside of the WCRIS room block are at least $330.00/night.

An additional option for families planning to stay for the weekend or for a school that wants to bring their whole teaching staff includes renting one of the large cabins on the property. There are several options with the smallest accommodating up to 10 people and the largest up to 20.
The Wilderness resort includes 600 acres of lodging, waterparks, restaurants, a golf course and spa.

Outside of the Wilderness you will find plenty of shopping, additional waterparks and golf courses, hiking and outdoor sports, boat and watercraft rentals, fine dining to enjoy and much more. In fact, you could spend eight hours a day for an entire month exploring all of the attractions the Dells have to offer.

Come join us at the WCRIS conference for seven hours on Friday, Aug. 11 and spend the rest of your weekend exploring all the WI Dells have to offer. This is your opportunity to have one last blast for the summer!
The Wilderness Resort is home to the Sundara Inn and Spa, an adults-only, eco-friendly space perfectly set for a tranquil getaway. Come join us at the conference and end your stay with a special treat.

Book a package or select from a variety of services to refresh and rejuvenate before the start of another school year.
The Wild Rock Golf Course was designed by the same "architects" as the 2017 U.S. Open course. Come play a round of championship golf at the #1 course layout from the WI Golf Advisor.

The course boasts 18 holes, a practice green, driving-range and chipping bunker. The Wild Rock staff consists of two class 'A' PGA professionals, and two apprentices as well as several other golf junkies.

Come join us at the conference and through in a round or two of golf on Saturday morning!
Parking is free on the Wilderness property. Depending on where you end up staying on the property, the resort includes free shuttles to get you where you want to go.
