To help schools, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) published an updated school booklet for the 2023-24 school year. DHS prefers schools to file their reports online, using this survey.

Tune into a joint webinar from the DPI and DHS next week Monday, Aug. 21, 9-10:30 a.m. to learn about the updated immunization requirements and reporting practices. Join the Zoom meeting here.
