Learn how to develop a strong culture in your school and classrooms while strengthening your professional network and fortifying your mission at a summer retreat for education professionals on July 29th-30th hosted by Ted Neitzke, CEO of CESA #6. This event will be held at Coakley Brothers in Walker’s Point, Milwaukee, with rooms available at the Iron Horse Hotel.

The first day of the retreat will focus on defining what conditions constitute a good culture and how leaders can manage any and all opportunities or difficulties to maximize success. Following the discussion and reflection, attendees are invited to embark on Pedal Bars to relax and socialize over pizza and drinks. This excursion is not covered by registration fees.

Day two will start with breakfast and a nationally recognized speaker on engagement and school culture who will outline core strategies and conditions necessary to create strong and sustainable cultures.

The retreat will close with attendees collaborating in groups to design strategies that use what they just learned. This will continue outside the retreat throughout the academic year to help attendees implement their culture strategies in their schools.

Only 50 spots are available. The 2-day retreat costs $280.
