EANS: Ownership of Purchased Goods

The DPI has released information about how CESA 6 will handle items purchased with EANS funds at the end of the federal grant in 2023.

If the item is applicable to other federal education programs, then the ownership of the item will be transferred to the appropriate program. So, for example, an EANS-purchased item that is an eligible use under the ESSA Title IV program may be transferred to that program in 2023. However, your school has to be enrolled in the title program to make the transfer possible. Therefore, make sure you enroll in the Title program when you complete the annual Private School Affirmation form with your local school district in March 2022.

Items that can not be transferred may be collected by CESA 6 in 2023.
