The CESA network has released its recording of their first EANS webinar. The webinar covered the basics of EANS, the catalog of services and goods, and the application process and timelines. You can find the recording here.

The CESAs will also be hosting two upcoming webinars, which you can register for here:

Utilization of Funds – Reimbursements & Direct Services Process – Wisconsin EANS ProgramApril 20, 2021 at 2:00 PM

Reimbursements – Process for Claiming Prior and Future – Wisconsin EANS ProgramMay 25, 2021 at 2:00 PM

The catalog of goods and services for EANS can be found here.

The application for EANS closes Monday, April 12. If you have not applied and want to, email the DPI at EANS@dpi.wi.gov.

Once the DPI closes the application window, they will be able to divide the state’s $77.4 million in EANS I funds among those who applied. Schools will then receive notice of their allocations. Note, federal law prevents private schools from directly receiving the funds. Thus, the allocation amount is an accounting of the amount available for services and benefits provided through the CESA network or for reimbursement of certain purchases made after March 13, 2020. Note, if a private school chooses to use the funds for reimbursement of previously purchased allowable costs, those items become the property of CESA.
