Joseph Hanson
Joe Hanson grew up in Wisconsin and graduated from Marquette University before joining the U.S. Marine Corps. He served for 11 years, conducting 5 combat deployments before leaving active duty in 2019 as a Marine Raider and decorated Special Operations Officer in Marine Special Operations Command (MARSOC). Joe served as the ground force commander for hundreds of combat operations in Afghanistan and elsewhere. He is the recipient of multiple commendation medals for valor in combat, and two Purple Hearts. Joe is now Critical Response Group’s VP of Sales.
Joe will presented a WCRIS Webinar, Keeping Schools Safe: Critical Incident Mapping Demo, in September and will be conducting three in-person, WCRIS-member-exclusive Interactive Critical Incident Workshops in October.
